- The Turning Point Solutions Group Service Desk provides first level support for clients experiencing technical issues. The Service Desk will open an SR (Service Request) regarding the issue you’re experiencing. If possible, the Service Desk representative will resolve the issue over the phone or via remote assistance direct to the user’s computer. If needed, the Service Desk rep will assign the SR to tier-two support and will schedule the tier-two engineer to troubleshoot your issue.
