Turning Point Solutions Group has been a proud member of the central Louisiana community since 1993. We are dedicated to helping our clients reach their goals through the use of technology. We are also a proud member of the Central Louisiana Chamber of Commerce and other organizations that contribute to the well-being of our central Louisiana community.

Lynn Hudgens – Owner
Lynn's MA and MS degrees and prior employment at Louisiana College carry an education emphasis. His business experience ranges from the supply services arena to various capacities at Cleco, a utility services company. He served as a project manager in human resources, customer services and information systems.
For 7 years he served as Information Center supervisor, overseeing microcomputers and networking serving locations throughout Louisiana. At present he remains involved in day-to-day operations of Turning Point Solutions, oversees customer service and satisfaction, and provides strategic vision for both the company and its customers.
Lynn is active in his church and in the community. He serves on the Regional Advisory Council for the Learning Center for Rapides Parish and on the Louisiana Tech University Information Systems Advisory Council. Lynn enjoys playing golf, fishing, and traveling.
Donald Stewart – Senior Engineer and Project Manager

Don (everyone calls him “Stew”) is Turning Point Solutions' Senior Engineer and Consulting Engineer. As a U.S. Navy veteran, Don has 21 years of experience in nuclear submarines, advanced electronics, computer programming, and classroom instruction. He also served as remote program office senior in charge while designing and building an advanced submarine combat system. He later served as Management Information Specialist in the State of Louisiana Military Department.
Stew enjoys playing golf, R/C model airplane flying with his grandson, and playing games on his XBox 360.
Aaron Nation – Systems Engineer and Technical Services Manager

Aaron started his career at Turning Point as an intern in 1999. Once he graduated from high school, he attended Louisiana Tech in Ruston, Louisiana where he earned his Electrical Engineering degree in 2006. After college, Aaron returned to Turning Point as a fulltime employee.
Aaron is very active in his church and in the community. He is currently serving on the Volunteers of America Board of Directors. Aaron enjoys playing golf, fishing, and playing games on his Nintendo Wii.

Lance achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems in 2008. He focused his studies on Application Development and Web Development. Lance has been with Turning Point since 2008.
Lance enjoys cars, motorcycles, and racing.

Russell came to Turning Point Solutions with a diverse background in managing projects, implementing systems, and overseeing support technicians for Best Buy. His experience with Best Buy focused on commercial business systems and covered a regional service area encompassing a large portion of Louisiana and overlapping into adjacent states. Russell has been with Turning Point since 2009.
Russell is very active in his church and enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

Trey Hughes – Service Desk Technician
Trey is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems at LSUA while also studying for computer certifications. Trey has been with Turning Point since March 2010. Most initial service requests (phone, email, drop-in) channel through Trey’s position at the Service Desk.
Trey is an avid WWII and firearm buff. He also enjoys going to rock concerts with his wife.
Leanna Guillory – CFO/Accountant
Leanna originally worked for Turning Point from 2003 to 2006 and then came back in 2008. (She’s a glutton for punishment)! She has over 30 years of experience in the Accounting field and has worked in finance and accounting with a broad range of business types.
Leanna enjoys playing cards, bowling, fishing, watching football, and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Cryer – Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator

Certifications
Jennifer graduated from Louisiana College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Management and Marketing. She also possesses a minor in Psychology. Jennifer has been with Turning Point since 2007.
Jennifer enjoys riding motorcycles, fishing, playing pool, and watching football (Go Colts!...her husband, Randy, roots for the Saints!)
